Vicki is a friendly local agent, who has a strong relationship to the 4506 area, when we first made contact to view a property she was efficient and in her best effort got us through the property before the Saturday crowd. She stayed back after we viewed the property to chat about the area and the changes it has gone through over the years, she knows this area and understands what people are looking for when coming into the area. An agent who gets it done without the B.S.

We were selling our rental in a loss situation. Vicki gave us an honest appraisal and got on with finding buyers. Several offers were generated almost immediately. They were lower than the appraisal. Instead of being advised to accept these low offers and listen to what the market was saying, she advised these were mostly from investors and that we could get more if we were prepared to be patient. I don't know if you had sold a house before, but you don't get this sort of advice from a commission focused self-interested agent. Lots more hard work and many offers later, Vicki found us our buyer. We came out of the deal with our shirts on and couldn't have been happier with the job Vicki did and the results she achieved for us. When we first decided to list our property we asked another agent for an appraisal... Just before we decided to list I saw the compare the agent website and got another couple of appraisals. 4 of them were for 50k less then what Vicki sold our home for.. Well its been a long time coming but now the dust has settled and we are packed away its time for the thank you's. Recently we not only sold our house but purchased a house through Vicki Ford and her very strong team at Remax Victory in Caboolture.
