We've had the pleasure of having Nicole Sloan as our Property Manager, looking after our investment property, for the last 6 years. Nicole is the most reliable, efficient, friendly and professional Property Manager we have ever dealt with, and feel extremely lucky to have her. Nicole is consistently pro-active, has excellent communication skills and deals with everything so well. We have full trust in Nicole that she is taking care of our investment property, and for that we are immensely appreciative.

I had 2 rental houses with others but they were not looking after my places properly and got me poor tenants who did the damage, so I moved to Remax where Nicole Sloan looked after them for me for five years. Nicole was very professional, great at getting quotes, getting work done in a timely manner, and most importantly got me, great tenants. ReMax gave me my reports and deposited everything without error. When I sold my properties recently, I was so happy with the rental service I had received that I used their realtor, Sonja to sell my properties also. Nicole worked really well to give the tenant proper notice and ensure the properties were clean and in excellent condition for handover, as I live out of town. I would highly recommend ReMax for all your property dealings and Nicole Sloan to handle your rentals - She got me great tenants and is someone who is on top of her game and a great administrator which makes owning rentals easy. Nicole has been our property manager for a few years now. I have property in other states with multiple property mangers. I can honestly say Nicole is the best property manager we have she goes above and beyond to perform her duties. Cannot recommend her enough!!!!!!!

Always prompt and quick

Because I live interstate I had no idea who to get to manage my property in North Brisbane. I chose to go with Re/Max Victory following a recommendation and I am so glad I did! I have had Nicole as my Property manager for over 3 years and I could not be happier with the way my property is managed. To the property Managers at ReMax Victory Real Estate. I just purchased a new duel occupancy property and was dealing with Kat and Nicole in the preparation to lease both properties. My dealings were over the phone and via email as I reside in Sydney NSW. Speaking with Kat I established very quickly she was honest and professional in our conversations.Getting my property ready to lease was a little complex as settlement of the property had not gone through and we were trying to have them leased prior and ready to go. Both Kat and Nicole contacted the builder and arranged everything that needed to be done in order to have the properties leased prior to settlement. The biggest compliment I can give both ladies is the constant communication...I was receiving emails and phone calls every couple of days. For me this is crucial with my relationship between them as they are running and looking after my investment, constant communication is vital with me living in Sydney. The rates negotiated to manage the properties was excellent and the cheapest around as I did look at several other agents. To my suprise normally you get what you pay for and I'm happy to say I'm getting more than I expected. It is early days and my thoughts so far is ReMax is a very professionally run business. I hope the professional standard continues as I will see how the quarterly inspection go and hope I don't end up as just another owner/number in their property portfolio.. Keep up the good work ladies.
